Porto Energy Hub’s One-Stop-Shop now available in physical and virtual formatPorto Energy Hub’s One-Stop-Shop has been operating since the 12th of September. The space, physically available at the Municipality’s Office and also in digital format, aims to support citizens and companies with energy efficiency and renewable energy solutions. The main purpose is to contribute to greater thermal comfort and to the mitigation of energy poverty.

The service is completely free and works by appointment through the “Linha Porto.” (220 100 220), open from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 19:00.

Among the support provided at this one-stop-shop is advice on technical solutions, identification of funding opportunities, support for applications and the implementation of energy efficiency and renewable energy measures.

Porto Energy Hub’s One-Stop-Shop is the first physical support space to be made available through the Porto Energy Hub project and had the support of the Porto City Council for its implementation.
