Requalification of the Ponte do Carro Housing Complex advances with the support of PEH

The Municipality of Matosinhos will proceed with the requalification works of the Ponte do Carro Housing Complex. The objective of this project is to improve the thermal comfort and energy efficiency of the 66 public housing units covered, where 149 citizens reside.

The intervention has received support from Porto Energy Hub, which provided technical assistance and helped define energy efficiency measures applicable to the housing complex.

The requalification involves an investment of approximately 1.5 million euros and a execution period of 12 months.
